Its been 2 years and the index still is´nt working properly

Was doing the index. After the second rotation all enemy spawns stopped making further scoring impossible.

Also Ash´s augment LETHAL TELEPORT still does´nt work on AUDITOR, RAPTOR RX, 002-ER and often fails to activate on other enemies (i had to cast it 17 times before the augment finally worked on AZOTH)
