K-Drive urgent loot bug

Hello,

earlier me and a 3 others were doing a 4x3 tridolon hunt.
We killed the Teralyst, I got on my K-Drive and picked up the cores and shards.
As I got to the shrine, no shards had registered as being picked up, and when I went back to where we killed him they were gone.
This is fairly serious as this stopped us from doing our full run because I wasn't able to spawn the Gantulyst and continue so we had to full reset with our 70x void strike charges going to waste.
