Not Getting Twitch Drops? This Might Help

I was having issues with Twitch drops but I found a fix for me that might be a fix for you.

If you haven't received Twitch drops, but have had your account linked you may have had the same issue I did.

1. Check under the Warframe stream you are watching, if it says anything about "Enabling Account Link to Receive In Game Drops" you need to unlink your account through the Warframe website.

2. The Warframe website will tell you that your account is unlinked from Twitch, but it is actually linked to another Twitch account. For me, my Warframe was linked to a Twitch account from a year or so ago that I no longer use. I had to log back into this old account and unlink Warframe.

3. The Warframe website will not tell you if your account is linked to this other Twitch account so you must search for it yourself. Once you find that Twitch account you can unlink and relink to your new account. This will fix the problem and show "Drops enabled!" under the stream when you are watching for your drops.

I couldn't find a post about this issue so I hope this helps you. If your stream doesn't say "Drops enabled!" under it this is most likely your problem. Best of luck!

I had this same issue twice now, and I am not sure what causes it.  However, I am sure of the fix as it works for me everytime this happens. Not to mention I have a few clan mates that I have passed this to and it immediately worked for them as well. Good Luck

If you are having trouble receiving the items we recommend you try the following:
1. Unlink your Twitch and Warframe accounts via https://www.warframe.com/twitch/unlink_action
2. Disconnect Warframe from Twitch via https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections
3. Reconnect your Twitch and Warframe account following the instructions on https://www.warframe.com/twitchprime

After 2 days of searching I have found the cause of my twitch drops not working;

At the bottom of every stream you will probably see the following message:" Enable in-game drops with account link"  If you ever switched your linked twitch account before in the past, then that might be the cause of it. You will have to go back and find the previous twitch account and make sure that in the connections settings that you disconnect warframe from it. I just did that on an older account and tried switching the link to my main account and sure enough, my drops are enabled again. Best of luck tenno!
