Which panels do you mean specifically?
For Grineer, it's X to hack and Space to hit the node (default PC keybinds), for Corpus, you have to use the mouse to rotate the hexagons by clicking on them.

It should be the same on PS4 with KB/M, if not, then try looking in the setting for an option to rebind the keys.
