Riven mod bugged?

So I have this rifle riven that requires me to catch a fish, mine an ore, and kill an enemy in 30 seconds with an extinguished dragon key equipped. I satisfied all these conditions and even timed myself and returned to cetus, but when i got back to my ship, the mod was still veiled. is there anyone skilled with rivens who can help me?

Well its a rifle riven so equip it to your rifle. Just like any other mod

i have the dragon key equipped, but i don't see an option to equip the riven. whereabouts would i do that?
