Exalted weapon rework: the Garuda talons treatment.

Note that while the exalted weapons use mods like regular weapons, their dmg scales off of powerstrength on the warframe.
I'm guessing your suggestion as a substitute weapon of sorts would mean no additional abilities the exalted version has and no powerstrength boost to dmg.
Essentially, just another weapon.

Part of me says that it would have to depend on what kind of abilities those Warframes got instead of their ultimates. But really the only reason I would want this kind of thing at all is so that I could forget that Exalted Blade and every ability like it ever existed. We have literally hundreds of weapons to choose from, and I happen to really like the ones I have. It'd be fun if I could use the Gram Prime on Valkyr without feeling like I'm playing half a Warframe. 

Would I like it if all the exalted weapons got changed to be like Garuda's talons? Maybe. But would it be a priority for me? No. Definitely not.
