The good thing is that now we know it's not the ISP and can't be fixed from within windows or modem settings either. So just relax and wait. I can't invite some people, can't be invited by many too. Can't see anyone on Maroo as well, however can see hub chat. I've it since Chimera Prologue update and support told me they're working to fix it back then and advices to use VPN. I still have to use VPN 5 months later which is ridiculous.
