Frozen screen when neering the extraction site in beginner Q

I started the quest to enter the new open world. Everything went fine until I reach the part where you need the mineral.

She marks the excavation site but when I go there my screen freezes. I can still hear some sound but even that drops away after a minute or so.

I am stuck here and can not prgress like this.

I have rebooted , restarted and even reinstalled ... nothing is working.
