Sundowner300 Posted November 11, 2018 Share Posted November 11, 2018 I took Garuda between two survival missions, Draco on Ceres and Ophelia on Uranus. Without a melee weapon equipped the talons functioned properly on Draco, but starting in archwing under water for Ophelia caused me to be unable to switch melee to her Talons. I went back and forth between the two missions and it seems to be the "Sharkwing" start to that survival that is causing the talons not to function.
