Game stuck in loading and lost all progress

I was in a squad of 4 and we were at Fortuna farming toroids we found what we wanted and it was a massacre when we reached the temple of profit. we went inside and no one was staying alive everyone was dying and we were doing nothing but reviving squad and companions. we did what we could I got what I needed 2 sola toroids and 2 vega. I was happy but when I was leaving I got knocked out and no revives. my squad left and went to the extraction point. I sudden respawned at the extraction point and my game got stuck at the loading screen and got none of the progress before the final death. I am pretty sure I am able to get what I earned before death. It took me so much to find those toroids. I had no other option other than to ALT+F4 out the game. I hope I can get what I lost from the mission if not then at least those toroids?
