--Q--uixotic Posted November 12, 2018 Share Posted November 12, 2018 (edited) Ticker had 6 or so items, then I did two bounties and saw this message whenever I tried trading with him: "This vendor's wares have been updated". This happens for both Purchase Debt-Bonds and Ticker's Secondhand. I left Fortuna, went to a new instance, restarted Warframe.. no luck.
