Sentients on Lua, Not Spawning

**Don't care if its already been posted. Im not sifting through 400 miles of posts to check.**

Went to Lua to unlock a riven ("get killing blow on 5 sentients") and ran Plato 7 times. Got the screen flash every time, Lotus responds about the scanners every time, but not once did they spawn. I ran into the fray in several different rooms (at least 5 different rooms with both enemy types in them) and not once did I see the sentients. They simply are not spawning, which means, I cannot unlock my riven until this is fixed (unless there is another type of sentient somewhere?).
