Mandachord Delta Melody Issues

Since the Fortuna update, the Delta melody has stopped changing notes as soon as a new note begins. The result causes the melody to sound really weird and hard to understand. The notes overlap, causing each track sound very muddy, and overall, it stopped delta's melody from sounding very great. 

It used to simply be that when a new note would come up, it would cut off the previous one, and play the next one. Kind amakes me sad, cause it was such an underused yet cool instrument. :L
