Possible 2 and 3 abilities for titania rework?

Hi guys,

This is my first time posting here so please bear with me.

I would have a suggestion for titanias 2 and 3 abilities in case the devs decide to give her a rework.

2: Titania sends her Butterflies(didn't know what to call them) to an enemy for a set duration.

Any Damage the Target receives Fills a a meter (kinda like Nidus' Mutagation-meter) with points.

3: Titania uses the points from her second ability to heal either any allies or herself.

Abilities maybe effected by range, duration, strength mods.
