Conservation target out of bounds

Hey I was doing some conservation hunting and was working on some Vermink captures and ran into one near the Temple of Profit that leads all the way to the Northern edge of the map where the snow and wind begins to blow to keep the player in bounds of the map. However the target spawns in an area that cannot be reached by the player to collect their target once tranqed unless it roams further into the playable area. Included an image of where I'm at and the target is located for easy reference.
