Unlikely to get it flat, but I could see something that serves a similar role. Perhaps something like this:

'Ammo production'

MOA produces 1/2/3/4/5/6% max ammo every 5s for its master over time, delivering 6/12/18/24/30/36% once it is fully loaded and when its master has dropped below 50% maximum reserve (In practice, this is 36% ammo to your current weapon every 30 seconds once your below 50% ammo reserve)

Basically, instead of converting ammo drops, it produces free ammo over time. This is theoretically better for Fortuna-related ammo problems as they usually occur thanks to the abundance of mini-bosses which can drain your ammo without having as many drops around to restore from, but might not be enough for ammo-hungry weapons where the Carrier might be a better choice, given that it provides ammo constantly as long as there's ammo drops around.

Interestingly enough, Moas seemed to have this ability through a part you could install on them when building them. What's now named the Munit Gyro was listed as having a passive that could generate ammo for whatever weapon you had equipped currently. It's kind of a shame they removed things like this from them.
