Kubrow/Charger does attack with his leap attack animation but does zero damage

As the Title says.

I also tested to unequip fetch to look if the precepts do damage. The precepts do damage, but the normal leap attacks seem to miss or do no damage. the normal hits damage just fine but the attacks where he does like a small jump dont hit at all.
