Matchmaking issues when hosting after Fortuna update

I dont know what is going on

Everytime i try to connect to public games i can connect if im not the host,bit if im the host almost never nobody joins me

And this started happening with fortuna update.If i try to start a group and i invite lets say1friend then i try to go public then nobody joins unless i invite them

I checked my internet and its ok with ping between (invited friends) been 120-180 max and nobody is complaining about lag etc

Restarted my router.    OK

Checked my internet connection.   OK

Analyzed network.    OK

UPNP Enabled.   OK
