(mission vote persisting and overlapping on the minimap almost all the time, bounty progress UI bugged 90% of the time showing nothing for clients...) As you might have noticed stuff that deals 75-ish damage base will 2-3-shot starting players with no mods. Scaling in this game remains main way to add difficulty.
