When reporting, message sais that player is offline and won't recieve the message

Hello,

So today I had the unfortunate joy of playing with a leecher(he farmed vent kid standing and ignored objectives). Thing is everytime I tried to report him, this showed up : https://imgur.com/a/nPCXMct
I hope this doesn't mean, that the report wasn't send, as this still  ruins alot of my matchmaking games in any bounty activity.

ingame reporting as far as I understand is a bit dodgy I have doubts about it working as intended

best way to report a leech or griefer is to take a screen shot of them during the mission (open the map and show where they are etc) and screen shot the results tab, open a support ticket and give as much detail as possible
