makdonalds
As the title says "Blood Altar should restore Max Health per second" instead of current health as it does atm. Edited November 13, 2018 by makdonalds
DeMonkey
That would hurt her passive somewhat. Not a big deal of course, but the design is obviously to keep you alive when in danger, but not immediately fill you up to max and lose your damage buff. That completely makes her passive next to useless the health per second needs a bit of a buff but not that much
makdonalds
Well let's say you are at 2 hp spamming your 3 on blood altar, after you are done from the 3 recovery frames you are already at 70% hp so you get 30% dmg bonus from her passive. It's not much of a boost if you ask me but if her 2 was healing max hp she would be more tanky. Actually not even sure if it's doing current health or missing health ratio. Well, change her Passive as well, then 😛 Have the damage boost slowly decay, rather than drop immediately, upon Health getting restored.
