Profit Taker Orb failing infiltration mission?

The Profit Taker Orb sitting on top of the Enrichment Lab has a massive sight range and can see invisible warframes. 

When I come in range of it to enter the facility it puts all enemies into full aggro it seems?

Usually I can still infiltrate without an alarm but sometimes it causes the alarms to go off even before I enter, making it impossible to clear.

 

Edit:

I was doing this as Octavia, even when approaching in Archwing I was invisible.  At no point was I visible or kill anything, I hadn't even entered the door to the facility yet.
