Operator, Ceno Helmet, Missing Lighting Effects

Ceno Helmet used to glow. Following Fortuna update, glow has been absent. Wasn't sure if it was intentional or not, but nobody seems to have any input on the matter in chat, and the subsequent hotfixes haven't restored the visual effect, so I'm reporting it. Just in case.

While we're on the topic of graphical anomalies, this happens a lot with our favorite Rap-Tap-Tapper...

(You'll notice the R pauldron is duplicated & free-floating away from the main model.
