Garuda not having any melee weapons after exiting submersible Archwing

To replicate: Use Garuda while having no melee weapon equipped (thus having to use her Garuda Talons), then enter any Uranus mission and go to underwater areas. Upon exiting, she wouldn't have any melee weapon at all.

Switching weapons (even Scanners) or re-entering submersible mode does not work. I haven't tried relogging but that seems like a hassle.

When i died and respawned, she get her Talons back. But surely that's not an option.
