Fairly straightforward to reproduce: engage in a bounty stage to protect Excavator Drills, and use Loki's Switch Teleport on them. Loki is put in their position, but they get put way, way, way up into the sky over Loki's previous position. Adds a little bit of challenge to getting power cores up to them (thankfully you can carry them while in Archwing), and makes them much harder for enemies to attack...if you don't mind not thinking about how it's excavating while frozen in mid-air.
