MisterArthur Posted November 13, 2018 Share Posted November 13, 2018 (edited) You're able to blow yourself up 💥 💥 💥 or get downed in the elevator as you're extracting to go back into Fortuna. This will result in you being in a downed state in the Fortuna hub and crawl around until you end up dying. You're unable to respawn or do anything except leave Fortuna. I tried redoing this in solo missions but was unable to reenact this bug.
