Gear wheel Suggestion

well i have been thinking when you guys add new contents sometimes i need to reorganize my gear like with k-board this time i would like it at the start of the wheel but well i already have a lot of things and its a little hard to organize because to move to the front i have to replace one item or change to none on the items in between. so my suggestion is that it can be cleared all items for starter. if its possible that can change place of item a to item b slot. would be excellent if could drag and drop gears to the wheel but probably very annoying to make it works smooth so this is my idea.
