Advanced map is bugged

Currently the advanced map(hold M) for Fortuna is bugged so that it's zoomed in by default and doesn't allow scrolling any way but left and right, zooming in it rubber bands back in and I can't properly see the edges of the map. On the properly scaled advanced map it matches screen height and you can zoom in and see the entire map.

I've tried changing resolution, turning off borderless fullscreen, changing chat and interface sizes and none of them effect the map.

This has been a thing even before Fortuna. The advanced map on PoE somehow got too big and I could barely see the ocean anymore. Still wondering how this hasn't been fixed yet for so long.
