Tek and Mecha Set mods

I have been attempting to construct a build using the Tek and Mecha Set mods... So far i am using Mecha Empower, Mecha Pulse, Mecha Recharge and Tek Gravity.

 

I have seen mecha pulse activate, Mecha Recharge should be a passive. However, Mecha Empower does not increase damage to marked targets, 

For the Tek Set, Tek Gravity does nothing, nor can i get the Tek set bonus to activate at all. Does the tek passive not worth with venari? if so, this should be fixed, the Tek set does not effect kavats, it effects the warframe. Venari should be counted as a Kavat.

 

These passive sets as well as the Synth sets are mostly broken and need to be fixed ASAP
