Exodia Arcanes gone

So, I've come back to Warframe after an unfortunately long hiatus and discover my Zaw 'Pointy McFloatyface' is not activating the Exodia Epidemic special ability. I go in to check on it and... it's not there. I ground through wave after wave of infested to get enough of both the Exodia Epidemic and Exodia Contagion to have fully ranked arcanes of both, and both of them are gone. All thats left are the three Exodia Epidemics (unranked) that I had left over.

 

Is there any way I can get those back? I really liked Pointy McFloatyface and without Epidemic, it's kinda not as good as a lot of the other weapons (for my playstyle).
