Tiberon Build Help For Red Crit

Wondering if its possible to get red crit at Tiberon Prime regularly. I have a riven with 246.5% CC. 

With the riven+point strike, I get 148.9% CC total. That gets me Orange crits, I rarely get Red crits and I think that comes from the 5% chance Vigilante Armaments gives. 

I tried Critical delay, doesnt help. What else I can do?

if you want to "natively" Red Crit with Tiberon (or any Gun really), you'll need to stack the Vigilante Set.

not really worth it though, you'll be sacrificing a lot of Damage to get it generally - you're not dealing the most Damage just because the number is red. :p

I see, Thanks. Besides that, whats good for overall damage, Heavy Caliber or Vigilante Armaments?

I'd avoid heavy cal on most builds tbh, that negative accuracy is very noticeable, just slap on hunter munitions instead

Vigilante is normally better than Heavy Cal unless your Riven has Multishot.

Don't think it's enough, 150+246+135 is 531

This is a 6.31 times multi to the tiberon P Crit Chance. Even with the Semi Auto you get only a ~190% CC. It's an almost guaranteed orange crit but no red crits naturally.
