Seeking Talons - remove charge please (max range at once)

I know the Seeking Talon debuff is incredibly strong at 200+ ability strength. But even with natural talent, the charge for max range just takes too long and takes away the flow - Warframe isn't tower defense most of the time.

Considerung further that the area of affect is only 180° ahead of her, that the maximum range can't be altered with range mods and that other Warframes can deliver faster and more utilarian damage at the press of a button, I don't see the point for the charge at all, but for being a gimmick suggesting more complexity.

Currently I don't see much point picking Garuda, when my existing arsenal does the same job faster. Let's face it, most of us hardly ever fight enemies strong enough to make the charge time worth the fuss.
