Zendesk login problem

Not sure if I posted this where I should have been. If I didn't I'm sorry

So. There is this problem I've been having where I can't log in to zendesk. Every time I put my account in, it prompts me back to the login page and so on. Can anybody help me with that?

(I have to mention I receive no login errors or anything simmilar)

I am not sure what platform you are on, but if you are on Xbox or PS4 make sure you are loging in through that and not the prompted login screen at first. (click the xbox and ps4 button) If that doesnt work and you are on PC make sure your browser is allowed to redirect you if needed. Hope this helps
