Affinity not applying?

So i have a affinity booster and everything but i played several rounds of 15 min intervals on survival killed just about 1k enemies but my bonus affinity was only 125. Is this a new feature or did i find a bug? I was playing with unranked weapons and warframe. The weapon i used went up 1 maybe 2 ranks and i should have had a boat load of bonus affinity but only received 125????

Just to make sure, do you mean you only had unranked weapons, and used those to kill stuff?

Or did you have another, "proper" weapon do all the killing?

I have the same issue an its been going on for 2 weeks (almost 3). Was effecting my credit and resource boosters as well.  I buy the monthly for all 3 which is 600 plat.  300 plat wasted. I purchased the fortuna bundle 3 days ago and i have not played Garuda once. I normally cant wait to log in and haven't bothered the last 2 days. played 2 hours today and really didn't enjoy it.  I think its a sign i spend way too much time and money on this game.
