extreme lags, bugs, freezing.

Everytime that i try to enter the venus openworld my fps in the elevator goes to super low levels (1~10 fps) and keeps it for some time, when the gate open, it still freezing, and when it starts to run with more fps, lots of bugs and unusual 1 sec freezing starts too.
the bugs include, black minimap, no objectives in the screen only for me, when the game have some host migration i receive a message that the session is not available anymore, mission vote don't desapear from the screen.

already optimized cache, and don't use anistropic filter on, if you guys want, i can try to shoot a video and upload to youtube, to be more clear what happens with me about fps issue.
obs: another bug that happens, is that sometimes icons on the game just disappear and the next mission, never loads, the game keeps forever in the loading screen.

my configs:
GTX 1050 2GB
RYZEN 5 1400 3.2Ghz
8GB ram

same issue game fine everywhere else but fortuna area laggy as heck
