Hunting lure wheel keeps reshuffling

I've purchased the pober and virmink echo-lures, and when i go out on to the vallis they appear in a clockwise order in that order. If i leave the vallis and fortuna and return to my liset and then come back to the vallis, the lures in the wheel are now in the order of virmink and the pobbers going clockwise once more.

If this is a bug it'd be nice if it was fixed, i like keeping my fishing/hunting wheels in a certain order and this doesnt allow me to do that. perhaps we could be allowed to re-organise the fishing/hunting wheels like we can our regular gear and emote wheels?
