Hunting Lure wheel keeps shuffling around

For some reason the lure wheel keeps swapping around. So far I've purchased the pober lure and virmink lure. Every time i leave the vallis and fortuna to go back to my liset and come back later, the lure are then swapped around where they appear in the order of virmink and pobers going clockwise. I'd much prefer to keep them in the order of pobers and then virmink.

Considering we also now have two sets of fishing bait between setus and fortuna, could we also not have  away to re-organise out hunting and fishing wheels to suit our desired gear order like we can do with regular gear and emotes?
