Gear wheel, fishing and hunting menus

When using a steam controller I am unable to switch to emotes in gear select I also cannot change baits and misc items when fishing and cannot switch calls when using tranq rifle http://imgur.com/a/xDcrkR9 pictures for reference since I can't insert them into the post

Running into the same issue with Xbox One controller. I get the prompt to hold RB for options, however, it doesn't do anything other than quick melee (what I have it bound for), and trying to use the gear wheel to get to baits/dye doesn't pull up the fishing wheel, only the regular gear wheel again.

I too am having the same issue with being unable to use the 'call' bait and tranq gun. 

The contextual menu that pops up on the right hand side of the screen showing which button should be pressed depending on wanting to use the bait, gun or call-out, is missing the button type indicator. In its place is just showing a blank area above item.
