Totes_Magotes
Hello, While playing around with the new catchmoon kitgun I noticed that the size of the projectile causes it to easily clip on objects, forcing the projectile to dissipate. In an attempt to alleviate this issue I decided to forma for some punch through via seeker. Unfortunately, I have discovered that punch through has absolutely no effect on the weapon. Not sure if this is intended or just a bug. Edited November 16, 2018 by Totes_Magotes
stoepfler
It does punch through enemies correctly (and to massively satisfying effect when fired down a crowded corridor, I have to add). But the projectile will still detonate early when a corner of it gets caught on railing or crate or whatever, it seems. (This might be intended, idk.) ReshyShira
Sounds like when they made it act like the arca plasmor, they failed to give it the pseudo-geometry penetration it has. With the arca plasmor, only the center of the projectile wave counts towards premature detonation. Unfortunately it seems the Catchmoon failed to inherit this property. I think arca plasmor has that weird thing too, leaves and bushes in plains can stop it's projectile or sometimes breakable vents, I hope it's not intended Edited November 16, 2018 by Guest
