How long does it take DE to contact contest winners?

I won third place in the Tenno’s best friend contest, but I only found out because I researched it to find out. They never contacted me at all, nor I have I received my prize. 

I’ve sent a message through the DE Community Inbow, but haven’t heard back. 

I’m just a bit bummed because I was excited about this contest, I worked really hard on it, and I actually won! I’ve never won anything before... 

Any advice or suggestions would be helpful!

Depends on how many people entered, how many employees are woring on this, etc.

To be fair, this contest ended almost 3 months ago.

Don't know how long ago that was, but since Support can take 2-3 weeks to reply, it may still take a while.

The contest winners were announced mid-September... 

And asking for a time frame isn’t impatient. Especially considering I’ve never dealt with a DE contest before.
