Proposal of change of Garuda skills and improvement of the frame!

Garuda's Skill 4 does not make any sense, because the skill itself is not useful in fighting the enemy when you are surrounded on all sides. Arbitration, Def missions and Survival can serve as a good example.

Better effect and of great benefit would be that its skill possesses a radius where enemies can be caught, for example 50 meters radius from the starting point of activating the skill, then this skill would be extremely useful.

Garuda's 1 and 2 skills also have an almost similar effect (Targetinag Enemy), which really makes this frame useless in the end.

For Garuda's 2 skill, I would suggest Talons get a similar effect as Nidus Skill 1.
