Unable to view PC Updates page

Whenever I try to go on the PC updates page that hosts all of the update pages I get this same screen everytime. It started yesterday and hasn't stopped since. Every other page seems to be working fine and even the page for the specific updates themselves.

Sometimes a "force refresh" also does the trick (Ctrl-F5), otherwise indeed clear the cache. Pages are working fine for me as well.

Just opened it fine on my end and I'm seeing people posting in the updates notes in the last few minutes.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
