Host not found error.

Anytime when i try to invite someone or they invite me , the chat says could not deliver an invitation to nickname of the player. 

But what it actually does - it sends an invite and when they try to accept it , an error pops up and says host not found. 

Kinda tried everything already , relogging , changing ports , changing regions. Nothing works.
