Gear wheel reverted to old one

It would seem that the gear wheel has reverted to the old one for me. It's fine at the Arsenal and the Emotes work properly too but trying to use items with Q brings up the old and limited Gear Wheel.

 

EDIT: It would seem it has been fixed after rearranging things (culling it in size and then re-placing things). I also got some confirmation that it was not affecting many players.
