The Bloodshed Sigil don't work as how it should.

When i bought the Bloodshed sigil, I Thought it would show easily on mission after you do damage to ennemies per say: 

But it doesn't. The Bloodshed sigil only shows up when you take serious health damage wich is dumb when using it on frames that shouldn't take damage like rhino or loki. I feel like i wasted a lot of platinum on something that is missleading.
