Ingame voice problem

So, I can't seem to hear in game voices such as lotus, operator, ordis, baro, syndicates, Plains of Eidolon characters, and also quest cinematics. But I can hear a certain ingame voice which are Fortuna characters and that's pretty much the only Ingame voice that I can hear, and so if someone could possibly help me I would appreciate the help.

(I've tried messing around with the audio sounds, and tabs but nothing seems to bring back the voices that I can't hear.)

Hi R3ktedge,

The voices that you can't hear are mapped the the 'Transmissions Volume' slider in the 'Audio' options menu. Try adjusting that slider to see if it fixes the problem.

I've tried adjusting the transmission volume but it still does not fix the problem, I'm not sure why but the transmissions also cut out before I even have a chance to hear to them which I forgot to add in the post.

I'm having the same issue. Their pictures will pop up and then disappear a second later without saying anything. I've tried turning them on and off but that didn't work.
