Alert system glitch.

So I just did an hour at spaceport at max alert. The corpus would sometimes stop spawning, I had 3-4 reinforcement beacons within minimap range and would have 3-5 mins of no spawn. Alert level would stay at 5 but nothing. I was solo and entered the vallis directly from the orbiter.

Have had this happen solo and playing in a group at multiple locations...  Alert level is maxed but no one's coming to die.

Experienced and reported this several times, both with mobs that stop spawning regardless of alert level, and reinforcement beacons which just disappear or explode sometimes seemingly for no reason, are invisible or seem to get blown up by the same mob putting one down.
