Started Neo Fissure and couldnt evacuate

So I started a N9 Neo Fissure (randiant) and couldn't evacuate at all. The icon wouldn't show up and when we found the platform to evacuate it wouldn't indicate a sequence or any of the sort. We done the cryotic extraction three times before we decided to just quit. We got the best loot we could get, three of us landed on a Nova Prime Chassis and I'm really disappointed that we lost that loot just because of a bug. Why is this still a bug and when is it going to be fixed? Btw I'd like to add the screenshot of our earnings but I don't know how if someone could tell I'd be grateful, thanks in advance.
