Fortuna Bounties not rewarding Solaris Standing

Hello!
After doing the last tier bounty from Fortuna about a couple of times or so, I realized that I was not gaining any standing for Solaris United or Syndicate (Red Veil). It seems like the only standing unaffected is the one for vent kids.

I figured that I must be full on Solaris United standing, but turns out I was only half full

I was doing the bounty with my brother and he had no issues. He was rewarded standing + the bonus standing for the extra objectives. I did not.
Unfortunately I do not know how one would recreate this situation.

I relaunched Warframe and tried a few different things to see if it would resolve the problem, but none of them worked. What I have tried so far:

• I ran the bounty without any Sigils.
• I ran the bounty solo.
• I ran the bounty with several different Warframes. 
• I ran all tiers of bounty.

Sorry! I just realized that I hit the daily cap for Solaris United standing.
