Minor bugs in "The Glast Gambit" and "Octavia's Anthem"

The Glast Gambit:

The mission part where you have to clean the ship from Infestation is bugged sometimes, either the NPC's (The ones you have to protect) who get on the consoles to close the doors and open other mission areas doesn't spawn or spawn behind doors they should had opened. After Restarting the mission 3 times it worked for me.

 

Octavia's Anthem:

On the first mission on LUA to find the second part of her anthem an enemy spawn right at the beginning of the map and if you ignore it and travel to the quest destination and trigger the encounter you have to kill the one at the beginning but the door won't open so you have to restart the mission and kill it right away.
